Genie,

We appreciate all the updates. We are very excited that Kyara is doing so well and is showing all the signs that she is on the mend. We are also very thankful that you guys have had a wonderful holiday together. I know saying goodbye to Gunars and Skylar will be difficult. We are praying for you. I can really empathize with the agony of being separated even for a short time. You all are such an inspiration to all parents because even though it is painful, you are doing exactly what is best for all of your children. Soon Kyara will be completely healed and you guys will be exactly where you need to be... right back here with those that love and miss you very much.

I want you to know I especially loved the story about Skylar reading the sign. That is exactly how it reads. She is SO smart!!! That really made me laugh out loud.

Please give Kyara a kiss from the Carlisles and tell her how proud we are of her. She is such an amazing little trooper. And... please give Kassey a kiss too. She is a great baby to be doing so well with the changes she faces in her daily routine. Little ones are quite adaptable aren't they?

You have such an inspirational family and we continue to pray for God's blessings on all of you!

Love,
Jeremy, Josette, Jaidyn, Jilleyn and Jensyn Carlisle

gyI'm a friend of Virginia's and I just cried my way through your blog of November. Kyara sounds like an amazingly strong little girl who has come by such strength honestly from parents who appear to be quite devoted to her and to each other. I will keep you all in my prayers, Carolyn Fish
